To clear empty lot in Kansas City, MO
I have a newly acquired lot on Flora Avenue, Kansas City, MO that needs to be cleared pending new development.
As I live in the UK all work will have to be awarded on a trust basis, and will pay 50% upon assignation of the job. I will require full before and after photos of work carried out at which point I will pay the rest of the money once job is confirmed to be completed.
I have set a budget to be no more than about $45
